Let me tell you the food is amazing here. We love steak and shake and wish they had one in PA. Nothing like having steak burgers... and I get the garlic one which taste great. The fries are smaller but good as well. At this place makes sure you ask for thedipping sauce you want. They are pretty quick and friendly here as well. A half hour waiting for food when the place is very obviously not busy. We had to self order and pay at a kiosk too.. so all... they had to do was cook it and call out our number. I don't know why it is.. but we've had a lot of bad experiences at Steak nShake at many different locations. It would seem they go out of their way to hire the worst staff. The food is as good as it always was, but they don?t have the seasoning anymore. I like that we can order from the screen, but I... know some people might like having a server. My biggest issue was that a lot of the tables looked like they haven?t beencleaned. It was hard to find one that didn?t have crumbs or something on it that showed someone had eaten there. Read more
Went through the drive through ordered two meals. I added bacon to my garlic cheeseburger. Paid a dollar extra for it to get... what is in the photo down below. It is not about the money but the misrepresentation. When I called back I got a younger girl onthe phone and when I asked why I only received an inch piece of bacon on my sandwich she told me they were of short supply. Soinstead of just not offering it at all they gladly took my money and gave me what was offered. When I asked to speak with amanager she told me he wasn?t in and when I asked to take down my name and number she told me no and to call back tomorrow. Iknow Nick the manager personally and I would be ashamed if I had the people like the young girl that took my call that hung upon me three times and would not let me finish my sentence. Employee rushing me with my order, because she was getting off work, then my order while the Employees are horse playing meat... ain't cooked, fries cold this is the first meal I ever received from here that just flat-out nasty, I want my money back andscrew the cook who cooked this meat, and shame on you Steak n Shake Employees, for serving me cold fries, and a watered downminute made lemonade with no ice. Not the same restaurant as before Covid, but the workers are friendly & helpful. You place your own orders into a touch... screen, but my hands don't register. The waitress helped me put the order in then checked in during our meal to confirm allwas right. She even bussed our table for us. Read more
