Update to reply...it's not a mistake. It was 100% this location. I've tried to get soup on more than one occasion and was told... they don't have any left even though it was only 2-3 in the afternoon, the rude woman said they don't keep soup on all day andwhen it's gone it's gone or something to that effect. Another time was told well I already pulled the soup off for today so Idon't have anymore to give you ... Judging by your response you guys really don't care. This is laughable Lazy employees startto break their kitchen down 2 and half hours before they close. Pathetic. Never going again. Cant fulfill my order becausethey never have it because they are more worried about closing for the day. Read more

Ham and turkey breast were good. We pre-ordered the meal with sides we wanted, scheduled the pick up time and then when we got... there they were out of the sides. I don't understand the need to pre-order if they are not pulling the order for your pick up. Read more

Called to order a ham for pickup. Asked for a 12 plus pound ham. The women said she didn't know if she had one and would not... look to see if they had one. Told me she was too busy to help. Why answer the phone? Hams are great but this store has rude,unhelpful people working there. Looking at other reviews, I am not the only one that thinks so. I believe the corp. officeshould informed. Went to the Boardman location today and the owner was kinda rude. Told me they had 8 more sandwiches to make before taking care... of me. No one else was in the store. Two people making sandwiches and one couldn't stop to help a walk in customer. Must bedoing okay since they didn't take my order. Never again will I go there. Read more

This place is amazing!! The cookies, the ham, and the staff are just all high quality. There was one worker who actually took... the time to help make my daughter comfortable and happy, it was heart warming.
