Honestly I'm just not a huge fan of this place anymore. I've given them numerous chance on maybe finally getting something right... but every time I go in I have a 30 or more minute wait and when I get my food it's either wrong and cold or just cold. Alsodon't drink their tea. It's not good and I know a couple people including myself that have gotten sick from drinking it. On topof ALL that the cook and most of the servers are very rude. Came in a little after 9am and sat right away, which is unusual. Took over 15 minutes to get menus or be aknowledged-it was not... that busy. Drink and food order was put in at 9:43, it took until 10:31 for food to arrive. Had to send some stuff back. Eggswere cold or not cooked right. Ordered Crispy hashbrowns, one order came out over cooked and the others looks like shreddedpotatoes that hadn't touch the grill and waffle was cold, butter wouldn't even melt. Overcharging, check your receipt. Ordered 2 bacon,sausage,egg, and cheese sandwich. Paid $19. Looked at receipt wondering why it... was so much. Was charged for 2 meals that I didn't order nor did I receive the side and drink that was included in the meals.Also ordered the eggs over medium, received scrambled, order cheese in which I didn't receive either. Very dissatisfied withthis place. I will not return to an establishment that does this type of things. This can't be blamed on lack of workers. My husband, son and my sons girlfriend took me to eat Boaz Huddle House for Mothers Day. We had a pretty big order about $70. We... come to this location quite often my Husband and I do and normally leave a tip for our waitress and the cook. Never have we evercomplained about anything here but today I'm to my limit. Our order was put in at 10:18am we got our food at 12pm. I understandthey were busy, but that gives them no reason to treat there paying customers Badly. I asked the waitress we had who they girlin the red shirt with red hair was she told me she was the one in charge over the store. For one she should never be in chargetalking about your customers the way she did. She had even made a comment about myself. Not only being rude they had drinkssetting on the dishwasher and they would take drinks and make food. She wiped her nose never changed gloves or washed her handsjust went right back cooking. Nasty!!!!! When our waitress took our order I watched her put our ticket up and was watching thecook. That is the fun of coming to a place you can watch them prepare your food. Well your so called store manager yells out Icant stand being stared at. If this is how you have your crew treat the people who you depend on so you can get paid, I willnever step foot in your establishment.. Read more
Not to bad for a new cook. The waitress worked her tail off bc they got busy which ended in me getting an discount.
My wife and daughter had a bad experience with poor customer service. I've also eaten here with my wife in the last 2-3 months... and the service sucked then too. Waitresses basically ignore you. When you get their attention, like in the case of my wifepointing out an over-cooked waffle, the waitress took my wife's spoon and cut the waffle in half in front of her to verify itwas overcooked, and told the cooks - "yep, this one is a little over done".
