Went through drive thru, got filet o fish, med fries, and lg iced vanilla coffee. Everything was great, fast service.
Rare occasion if my order is right and it?s been that way for the last 15 years. Can?t get a combo order right and they don?t... care if it?s right or not. Just as long as that drive thru line gets shorter and they?re getting paid they?re happy. Read more
I've been using the Macdonald's App,ordering my food online through it,and this has been such a blessing, because everyday I get... a free drink /Free fries ????, and buy 1 item get second item FREE!!!,AND it is so much better so all I have to do is gothrough the drive thru or walk in and give my order number and they already know what I've ordered!! Forgot the egg on my sandwich multiple times, they never check if the order is correct before sending it out.
Oh my! This place just misses customer service satisfaction on every level. We used our app to order. They got the order wrong... twice! And wanted to make it our fault, but it was in the app correctly. Fries were cold, sandwiches were falling apart so theywere made from cold product, cheese not melted. Did not offer anything to us to win our future orders. Sadly, disappointed. Read more
