Normally I enjoy the pizzas we get here. We have had major problems from this store but keep giving them chances. We get the... same 2 pizzas every time and spend around $50 each time. We know exactly what our order tastes like. This time my pizza wasdifferent. I called to tell them about it. Not to get anything for free. Just to let them know. Tori answered, i told her theyforgot to put the buffalo sauce on my pizza. She was very rude and told me i didn't know what I was talking about. I tried to benice but she got more rude and aggressive. I tried to contact corporate. No phone number listed. Tried to complain online. Keptgetting error messages saying there is no pizza hut in Boaz, Albertville, or Guntersville. Seriously disappointed. Seriouslyconsidering boycotting at this point. LOVE Pizza Hut food but we were EXTREMELY disappointed tonight! We ordered online at 5pm, pick up time was said to be 5:15pm.... We arrived to pick up at 5:45 only HALF our order was complete! We had to wait for our pan of pasta, then we had to wait againfor the bread sticks that come with the pasta! When we tried to explain to the man working what was going on he looked at thereceipt so long and hard we thought he fell asleep with his eyes open. He still did not grasp what the issue was but eventuallyfilled the pasta and then the bread sticks. So we were finally able to pick up our CORRECT & FULL order after sitting there for45 min!
