They left out my veggie pizza. When I asked to add something to my order, the young one rolled her eyes. We had paper in one of... the burritos. None of the food was wrapped correctly. As soon as you picked up an item, it came out of the wrapping. Nothing wasmarked. All of this and about a 15 minute wate with only 2 cars ahead of us. Will not go back. Read more
Walked in no line- thought awesome since the drive thru was backed up. Stood at register 19 minutes before anyone even... acknowledged that I was there. Guy in front of me said it took him 20 minutes to get his food after ordering. People never ceaseto amaze me. If your in any kind of hurry, keep driving. Read more

If I could rate negative I absolutely would. Im pregnant right now and all I have been craving is Cinnabons and every single... time I go to this location they come out hard and overcooked. I normally just take them and go about my business but today Ireally wanted them and I asked them to not overcook them, get to the window and they?re hard as a rock. I simply asked for freshones since they were not correct and someone came back to the window and argued with me about them telling me that he didn?tknow what to tell me and to either get something else or leave. Mind you, I?m pregnant I had a complete meltdown after I left. Iwill never be back to this location after the way I was treated over Cinnabons. I place my order at speaker, get to window and tell them amount sounds too cheap. Told them exactly what I wanted, again. Well... since the little boy had my card he went ahead and slid it. I just wanted to add a burrito..didn't realize it was gonna be anadditional $10 for the one. Then gonna argue with me telling me it wasn't his fault he rang up 2 grilled cheese burritos ratherthan the one I wanted to go along with my 2 other items. Considering the order wasn't called back either time it is yourfault, and then to just slide my card. Second bad experience at this location within a week. Never again. Train your employees.
