Make sure to ask that they put dressing in the bags for your salads before you drive off. No one likes a dry salad lol Thanks,... Wendy?s! Stopped on our way through, service was so friendly, good fresh food!
On July 29th, my husband and I went through the drive through at the Wendy?s in Boaz, AL. When we got home I discovered that the... cheeseburgers were undercooked - as in pink inside. I called the next day and spoke with Beth, she was very friendly and told methat there was a new person on the grill and thanked me for letting them know because that wasn?t safe and that she would takecare of it. She also said that she wanted to give us four free burgers to make it right. I went in this evening (8/28) to pickup the burgers and one of the ladies told me that there was a grace period. I told her I wasn?t told that there was a graceperiod. They called someone from the back and she told me that I needed to move out of the way, she was going to wait on thepeople behind me. I told her that I worked for Wendy?s before and that it didn?t work like this. I asked her name and she said,?Felicia, I?ve been here 22 years, you need to move out of the way.? Amazing, considering how rude she is. I asked one of theother ladies for the corporate office phone number and Felicia said, ?You can look that up online, you need to move out of theway!? I was shocked and humiliated in front of the other customers. I?ve never been treated this way before at this or any otherrestaurant. Until tonight, this was our favorite Wendy?s. We both work in Rainbow City and go out of our way to eat here. I knowit is hard to find employees nowadays, but you all should not tolerate employees being abusive to customers. Read more

Aside from not being asked large or small on drinks/fries, this was great. The service was fast and the food was hot!
