Three of us went into this establishment looking for ice cream, at the time we were the only customers in the store, there was a... person whom I can only assume was the owner giving direction to the staff. We were there for several minutes and not a singleperson even acknowledged our existence while we browsed the ice cream selection, not a hello, not a we will be right with you,nothing. We discussed what we wanted and were ready to order while the staff continued to ignore us until we left without buyinganything. Instead we went to Kawartha dairy factory to get our ice cream.
