Three of us went into this establishment looking for ice cream, at the time we were the only customers in the store, there was a... person whom I can only assume was the owner giving direction to the staff. We were there for several minutes and not a singleperson even acknowledged our existence while we browsed the ice cream selection, not a hello, not a we will be right with you,nothing. We discussed what we wanted and were ready to order while the staff continued to ignore us until we left without buyinganything. Instead we went to Kawartha dairy factory to get our ice cream. Bigley's Sweet Treats, Bobcaygeon - visit June, 2021. Great selection of ice cream, frozen yogurt, fudge, beverages and other... confectionery. Freindly and professional staff. Prices on some items somewhat higher than expected, but worth the quality. Please note that there is a small step up for those who are mobility impaired. Read more
Enjoyed the blueberry frozen yogurt in a waffle cone. Definitely will have again.
Went for ice cream after a nice day at the beach. The ice cream was delicious but the staff both at the door and at the register... were miserable. Maybe we caught them on a bad day but the staff seemed frustrated with everyone. Not one of them seemed happy tobe there. Will try again next time we are there and update rating if the service changes. Read more
