Only lived here a week and we have been there twice.
I ordered a foot long cut in half and was originally charged for 2 6 inch subs which was more expensive. 2 tuna scoops for each... half were not complete scoops. I watched as the server carefully made sure that the scoops were not completely filled. Tuna waswatery. We won?t return. Saving on a bit of tuna and losing customers ? Owners need to decide which is the better practice fora successful business. Stoped by again after a few months somewhat better. Read more
Very disappointing. The bread was so stale I didn?t eat it.
Again with throwing out a mess of a sandwich. Stop rushing people through the line and not listen to what they want. Veggies are... either soggy or not ripe. Constantly being given day old bread and told the fresh can't be touched. Sloppy with the actual buildof the sandwich. If you don't want to make a delicious sandwich that's being paid for don't work there. Lastly stop rolling thesandwiches so tight it smashes the bun. Its a submarine sandwich not a cigar rolling contest. Read more
Our service was great, the staff is very friendly and fast,the food was prepared well and tasted great. My only problem was they... don't have their menu signs up and I'm not familiar enough with the franchise that I know the sandwiches by memory. I was toldthey are ordered but won't arrive until February. I would suggest the management or up temporary posters for those of us thatwant to order but don't know what. ???? Read more
I always place my order online, and its always ready as soon as I get there. Friendly staff. Good food. Great experience.
Two years in a row we have stopped in with about twelve hungry cadets and have had wonderful, friendly, fast and accurate... service. The gentleman was generous and kind, we always look forward to stopping in. Location is clean and bright. We highlyrecommend! Read more
Not sure if this is a trend with all Subway sub shops, but this is how it's been going lately: I got an assorted on 12" white... bread and my wife got a chicken bacon ranch on 12" white bread. My wife always toasts her sub. My sub bread was very stale. Ipicked up one half and knocked it on our table and it did knock. Next day I had "stomach trouble" if we all know what I mean. Infact the last 4 Subway subs I've purchased; 2 from Bobcaygeon, one in Fenelon Falls and one in Millbrook all had the sameresults: stale bread and stomach issues the next day. My wife gets her subs toasted, so it's hard to tell if the bread is freshor not. Also in a disturbing trend, when you check out at any Subway and use debit, it asks you for a tip and the minimumsuggested tip is 18%. If you look hard, there is a button marked "custom" where you can decline a tip. For me, a tip is earnedthrough dining in and being served by a waiter or waitress, not at a fast food service.
