My wife and I had dinner here last Friday and the meal was great! They offered a tasty Seasonal Specialty Drinks we sampled. We... both started with the PEI Mussels. I had the Braised Beef Stuffed Yorkie (huge and delicious) while my wife had the Braised Lamb(very tender). Great, friendly service with big portions for the price if you?re hungry. After a nice day of walking around to the different shops, we stopped by Just for the Halibut. It was nice enough to sit outside... on their patio. The service was friendly and food arrived piping hot. The prices have gone up but their fish is delicious in avery thin batter. They also have a nice selection of craft beer worth checking out. Recently attended our annual September guys golfing reunion at Sheffield Greens and it has become tradition that we enjoy... Saturday lunch at Just for the Halibut. The food and drink are excellent and the service, superb. Visited last week. The food is amazing. The owners used to be butchers so you can definitely order burgers from a fish and chips... place. It was amazing. They also offer a gluten free bun and the desserts are made in house or locally. I can?t wait to go back. Read more

Lots of seating plus a outdoor patio. Staff were great. My roast leg of lamb was excellent but when asked if I wanted gravy I... said yes not knowing I would be charged. The squid rings were very good and cooked perfectly. We had to send back the fishchowder...it was thick as molasses, no fish flavour just a floury taste. Best halibut and chips I have had in a very long time, will be back, and not soon enough!

The best haddock and chips! However, we had a waitress serving to our table, couple of days ago while we were ordering fish and... chips, she asked do you want gravy on top or side? We said sure on the side. Thinking it was a gravy for seafood and includedthe price. She brought us meat gravy on the side and it was extra not included the price. Very disappointing?.. Very welcoming & casual restaurant. We had the Deep Fried Pickles (great!), Halibut & Chips, and Haddock & Chips. Fish was very... fresh and tender, I personally couldn't tell the difference between the two except for its shape. Batter was a bit too greasyfor my liking. Chips were yummy. Coleslaw was fantastic!
