Late review? however in the summer on July 1st weekend we traveled to Bobcaygeon to visit friends. We needed a quick bite to... eat. I did not want to go to Tim Hortons as I felt done with them and their food. But it was the only quick stop before ourdestination spot. I must say, everything was perfect. Best harvest farmers wrap I've ever had! Excellent and professional service, everything was awesome.
Has been good in the past but recently spent almost $30 and got 18 timbits in our 20 pack and breakfast sandwich was literally... drenched in butter - no exaggeration the one side was completely covered, completely saturated a napkin and still looked morelike a donut. Good coffee and do appreciate the employees doing what they do but this experience was a rough one. Read more

This will be my last time going to this location. Service is very slow 18mins in drive thru for an ice cap, I know better than... to get an ice cap at this location. They r bitter and dark and the after taste awful, waste of money and time. Read more

I have been severely disappointed on numerous occasions by this location. Were this the first time I had a terrible experience... with this location I would not be taking to google to air my grievances. I am a frequent user of the Tim's mobile app to placemy orders. This allows me to be sure it is EXACTLY what I want, the few times I have to be very specific I use the regular drivethru, and even then they screw it up. I have been given wrong baked goods more times than I can count, my coffee often needs tobe remixed if not have things added to make it right, and today I ordered a steak sandwich and they put mayonnaise on it. Igagged and was then unable to enjoy my lunch during a very busy work day including my farm chores. A serious review of youroperations is required and until that's been done I'll be going to Fenelon!
