Drove all the way from Pompano to your store to get a cinnamon sugar pretzel was told because you're closing at 6 you weren't... making any more. I ordered an almond pretzel and a ice tea from your store. I paid, Got my pretzel, then he came over and said that there was no... ice tea. Since I really don't drink anything else I asked for a refund on my ice tea. However, he said no one was at the storeto do refunds and he offered me a lowered priced water instead. The absolute worst Auntie Anne's I've ever been to. We paid over $30 for pepperoni pretzel nuggets that tasted stale and crunchy... and we asked for large cherry lemonade mixers and were about to be charged for large when supposedly all they had were smallcups and they gave us strawberry instead of cherry after I told the cashier 4 times it was cherry since she came back and keptasking, "I'm sorry, you said strawberry?" And I told her "No, cherry." I don't think I could've been any clearer. I only gavethem 1 star because they were willing to remake the nuggets, even though some were burned. Read more
This place is rip off. They charged me $3:20 for a little cup of unsweetened ice tea. They did not have sweeteners and did not... allow refills. Not going back. Read more
