Used to be so healthy when it opened up. They had great selections of healthy veggies such as sweet potatoes, cauliflower. They... replaced those with carbs- potatoes, rice, beans. It became like any other food chain serving Mexican -Spanish population. Alsoblack rice was very hard, I think it crusted on the top. And the girl serving wasn't friendly. Disappointing! Read more
So good. This was my first Bolay experience firsthand. My wife has picked it up before and I always thought it was good. Today... was my first time entering and ordering myself and it was great. I had the Thai Shrimp bowl....the sweet potato noodles areAMAZING. Everything is so fresh and so healthy... Except I wonder about those cookies.
