As always, a busy store staff are pleasant if not super friendly. I put that down to the constant business more than anything... else. The food at this location is decent, the employees act and seem like they do not enjoy their job and barely make eye contact... with guests- BUT that is not the reason I feel this is a 2 star establishment.. Whenever I have to wait in line, you stand nextto their wood cut décor, the holes and inside the design are FILTHY! dusty, dirty- Why would anyone want to look at that asthey wait to order food? This chipotle is delicious they have great customer service and a beautiful location, very fresh food and delicious, the... guacamole was fresh and very flavorful, the corn was sweet and spicy, the bowl had a decent amount of food with brown rice,black bean the steak is actually very good and tender and full of flavor. Made fresh in front of you. You can do bowls, tacos, quesadillas, or burritos. Inexpensive and definitely quite filling. I make... three meals out of a single bowl with equal portioning. Long lines are common, but they move fast. Limited indoor seating.Personal favorite is the chicken bowl with brown rice, black beans, mild salsa and corn with lettuce on top. Read more
I went there to pick up an order. I stood there 5 min . No one helped me . Finally a lite girl helped. Said order on board.... Would be right out. Well how is that going to happen when all the help where in the back playing around. 4 people on li e. 3tickets on board. Not one person in the line. Laughing and joking in back. The lite girl only one working at soda area. Foodall over the counters. No one wiped it up. Finally I asked again and she walked behind counter and said is anyone working here want a mess. I would never eat that food. No wonder people have gotten sick at here. When the one kid finally handed me theorder, he was rude. Like I made them have to work.
