Anytime we've ever gone to chipotle after 9 PM, you never know what they are going to be out of, or what will just taste over... cooked from sitting out under the heat too long. The people that work there are rude. The lady that served the rice was nice but the lady that puts the cheese and the one... charging were very rude-zero manners, zero basic customer service skills. It felt like what I imagine it?s like to take a tripto the ghetto. Read more
Everytime I order take out I sit for about 15- 20 mins. I see people ordering their food when I ordered mine online 20-30 mins... prior to getting there. When I order online and it says my food will be ready at I certain time I expect it to be ready.Especially when I asked for extra of certain things and I get barley any at all. It's very frustrating. Then I end up with cornin my food and i absolutely hate corn. It disgusts me everytime I have to pick a piece out. I don't even like going here anymorebecause I always have to wait.
