We order online there 2 to 3 times a week the exact same thing every time for the last year and a half never again after last... week. They never put double meat like we paid for our burritos are wrapped like junk, we pay for extra wrap just to combatthis issue and it still falls apart. Don't get me started on there management rude as can be when confronted with about a issue.Chipotle Corporate if you read this you need to fire everyone at this and have your Boynton Beach store on Federal traineveryone there as they do a exceptional job. We are here for Jc Mitchell student night, and the store is beyond disgusting! Trash, food and drinks all over every table and... floor, to include checkout counter!! It?s disgusting!! Employee Ben made me feel terrible about myself. First terrible experience I have ever had at chipotle. Just moved to the area... first time here. I walked in at 9:30 pm and there was no vegetables left. I don?t eat meat there so I said ?Hi can I please havea quesadilla with corn please instead of vegetables since you have no vegetables left.? He said ?now since you asked no I?m notgoing to do it for you. I was going to put corn on it but now I?m not cause we are not supposed to so I don?t have to.? I was soconfused he said it with such an attitude. It felt like a personal attack because I was not sure what I did wrong. I said ?okyou don?t have to, then can you charge me for a burrito like they usually do for me when I get a quesadilla with corn on it?? Hewas like ? no I?m not doing it and told the lady to not put corn on quesadilla as she had it already scooped. He said ?no cornjust cheese!? I said ?but I don?t want a cheese quesadilla.? He said ok then leave so I asked for his name and told him I wasgoing to leave a bad review and left. Well it?s past 10 pm now and I have no food and nothing is open at this hour and I have afinal exam due before 12. Not to mention I?ve been having a hard day and this pushed me over the edge. EDIT: I went back and they gladly fixed my order - of course that shouldn?t be the case to begin with but the service was great,... so thank you! I work across the street and for bodybuilding, Chipotle is a good option for me. Recently I?ve been gettingbarely a single serving of chicken when I?m paying $3 extra for double. Poor quality food the last few times I?ve been here. I don?t expect my meal to be put together perfectly if I?m ordering during... the height of lunch rush. Not one to write reviews unless so this should tell you something. Where do I start? First off the tables are always dirty at... this place, always have napkins or food crumbs left on them. Food has never actually been ready when it says it is if you orderoff Uber eats, not a huge deal but annoying. My big one is they give you servings as if it comes out of their own paycheck. Iordered a steak burrito yesterday, 6 bites before I bit into a singular piece of steak. Today it took 8 bites. What a dump this place is turned into. Every single table in the place is dirty and has food on it. Even the tables outside.... Wasn?t busy inside people are standing around chatting that are employees and they just leave it like that. I even mentioned itto who I?m pretty sure the manager is and he could care less.
