I would really love to give this place a better review. The food is great, but there are just so many issues. One time we found... a very long hair in our cinnamon roll. For the most part, though, the issue is that your order is never ready at the pickup timeyou chose (or was given). Yesterday, when I got to the store at the pickup time I was told they hadn't even started the orderyet because "they were so busy". I told them I had frozen foods sitting in my car and ask how long it would take. 20 minutesthey said... I ended up waiting 1h to get my order, which then came out incorrect and to fix it would have been another hour.Needless to say, my frozen foods sitting in the car in south FL for over an hour were not frozen anymore. I would not be so madif they had just told me it will take another hour. I could have gone home in that time to at least save my frozen goods. Well,when I finally got home with one item of my order that I knew was incorrect I discovered that other items were made wrong aswell.... This isn't even the first time something like this is happening. But this time will be the last time. Won't order hereagain. Read more
I know this franchise because I once tried it in Atlanta, and I was excited to see them at Coral Springs. This is by far my... favorite Vegan Cinnamon Roll place! They are delicious, soft, perfectly sweet, and they serve coffee from Calusa coffee roasterswhich is awesome! Extremely happy to found this place near home, thank you for the greatest dessert ever. I love this place so much, my friend introduced me to this place and I keep coming back for the cinnamon rolls. I always get the... cookie monster with extra frosting with a milkshake. Plus I get a student discount by showing my FAU Owl card helps, I just wishthere were days for discounts or sale since I get my favorite weekly but it's expensive over time. Overall, a fantastic place toget cinnamon rolls, the staff was always nice when I go there, besides once when my roll was kinda cold (I went when there washaving an event so that's prob why) but every other time my rolls was warm and delicious. Like it's so yummy. I need to try moreof the drinks and rolls that Cinnaholic offers but you can't beat a favorite like a cookie monster tho!! Read more
Cinnaholic is kosher under the ORB and offers the most delicious cinnamon buns, cookie dough scoops and drinks. My personal... favorite was the salted Elvis cookie dough scoop. The girl begind the counter was extremely helpful and offered us free cinnamonbuns. If you happen to be in the area, this place is definitely worth checking out! Read more
Cinnaholic never disappoints! Always delicious. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Recommend to... anyone looking for everything from mini...and plain (no frosting but just as delicious for those who want a bit less sugar)...and customizable cinnamon buns. Yum!! Read more
The amazing smells hit you the second you open the door. It is tough to decide what to order since there are so many amazing... choices. If you are looking for something sweet but different then this is the place for you. All Cinnamon buns are vegan andkosher. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
