When I ordered a few days ago my food came cold so they sent me a coupon I went to order online after one hour I gave up and... called the store the system was apparently not working. Well I didn?t know that dominoes outsource to people they don?t speakEnglish or know anything about the menu or coupons so I hung up on the girl call back only to have someone else lie and tell mehe was the store manager never got to use my coupon for the mistake they made the day a few days prior just ordered anythingbecause I?m starving at this point I am so disgusted that these companies are outsourcing and no one is taking responsibility Iam now waiting my food arrival we?ll see what happens. Took 3 hours to get a pizza delivered, I live 10 minutes away. They told me it was delivered,And that the delivery person... confirmed when it never was. Made me feel like they thought I was trying to steal a couple pizzas from them. When it was finallydelivered, no sorry or nothing. I had 4 kids to feed...some customer service. Very displeased with the service. Ordered online over an hour ago with an estimated delivery time of 28 minutes. I still haven't... received my order, but i paid 4 dollars for a delivery fee? Then i call the store and the girl is just like, "yeah your order ison the way the driver is delivering other orders and the 28 minutes was just an estimated time." First of all i didnt even tellyou who I was or what i ordered for you to know where my order is. And why am i paying 4 dollars delivery fee for my food tobasically share an uber ride and end up having cold food. Im completely turned off and will probably never get from thislocation again. I waited well over an hour for a pizza. I live less then 5 minutes from the location. My pizza wasn?t even warm, It?s not fully... cut all the way though, and it doesn?t have any garlic butter of the crust. They sent me another one and said I would receive arefund. The other pizza looked almost identical, uncut, room temperature, no garlic butter crust. I didn?t receive a refund, Igot an email to pick either a free pizza or 20 percent off a single order. I?ve had better pizza from Domino?s and expect betterthen what I have been getting. I?m not sure I?m going to buy delivery pizza from this Domino?s ever again. This is also not thefirst time I?ve gotten pizza like this from this Domino?s. It?s unprofessional. There another Domino?s that I?m in deliverdistance of. I had the worst experience with Domino's pizza right now and I'll never going to order my Pizza from them ever again. First, I... got my order 1 hour late. Second, when I finally got it it was cold! Third, I asked topping only on one side of the pizza andgot the topping all over it. Fourth, one of the items I ordered was missing! Called them but no answer. Don't waste your moneyand time on them!
