It's Dunkin. Drive thru service is fast but the lines can get long in the morning.

Service and food sub par waitress put French Vanilla cream in an order for Black coffee with 3 sugars then proceeds to argue... with me that this was what I had ordered sandwich looked like it was sitting there for over 4 hours shoved in the toaster overso it gets burnt and the whole time manager walked back abd forth abd never interceded to address the situation. So my boyfriend and I get Dunkin? Donuts every Saturday but lately they?re messing up. Forgetting what we ordered. We order... online so how can that get messed up? I always get the maple bacon egg and cheese croissant and my boyfriend gets a hotmacchiato. They?re making his drink iced and we have to wait extra to get it right. Today my sandwich had undercooked baconand barely any on it. We also discovered that we got 11 donuts instead of 12 ??????????? We?re not going back to this DunkinDonuts. $27 is what we spent there. It?s really unfortunate that this is the closest location I have to my house. They constantly get the order wrong at this... location and make sure you call ahead because they close pretty much whenever they want to. It?s Friday at 8:15 and it clearlystates on the window that they close at nine and on the website they close at nine but yet they?re closing and would not openeven though it is 45 minutes till closing time. think twice before going to this location they are pretty horrible Read more
