This is the BEST Jimmy johns! The staff is very nice and they are extremely efficient and fast. I typically order delivery to my... work down the street and never have any issues, it?s always delivered within the half hour. Today I placed a delivery order andreceived a call directly after telling me the delivery will be longer then usual. I said no problem can I swing in now and hemade sure my order was ready immediately. I?m very impressed and very happy with the extra effort this particular store putsinto their service. Read more
They closed an hr early and looked at me crazy for trying to open the door. Good thing the guy was making a sandwich for... himself... I tip well and have been to this location on 20th in boca many times. Maybe this person is a new manager or whatnotbut I would absolutely NEVER hire them to run my business if so. Read more
I ordered a $20 sandwich and got no meat on my sandwich. this is the 4th time in a row they've made mistakes on my order. these... issues started about 2 or 3 months ago. I have ordered from dozens of Jimmy Johns all across the country and this is the only location I have ever had issues with. Up... until a few months ago, they were as great as the rest. Now, the orders take over an hour, if they arrive at all. They havefalsely claimed to have delivered them and when they finally do, the order is wrong. The final straw was waiting over an hourfor my order, having to call three times to find out what happened, and being told they cancelled it because they are shortstaffed. I received no indication of this and would not have known my meal wasn't coming at all had I not called multiple timesto inquire. My workplace used to order from here several times a week. After this, none of us are ordering from here again.Completely unacceptable. Read more
I usually don?t go to this location but I went in when Steven was working and he made my day!! I walked in and heard an... energetic HELLO coming from the back and from that moment until I left the store he had me cracking up. The vibes wereimmaculate and I?m so glad I decided to randomly get Jimmy John?s that day. EXTREMELY rude girl behind the counter. After having my own terrible experience and reading previous reviews I don?t feel bad... in saying I?m happy I don?t have to frequent this location.
