We were greeted by the hostess as soon as we walked in a take us to a booth. We patiently waited for the server wich took a... while to get to us but once she did she was very friendly. The food took a long time to come and when you are with children itcould feel longer as they get hungry. The kids burger didn't looked well done on one side. But the wings and the salad weregood and well as the ribs. Then it took long also to get our check. I really want to give it a good review because the people are really nice there, but we ordered a large tray, which was 2 quarts... of brisket. The brisket was not only over drenched in sauce, but the sauce was very sickly sweet and none of us can have morethan a few bites. I ended up having to throw 80% of it away and I don?t love to waste. Nice place, I would strongly encouragethem to offer sauce on the side and offer brisket try to those who want it. I?m a huge fan of BBQ so I was very excited to try Lucille's. While our server was nice, when having questions about the menu... the manager ?John? who was very rude, was also completely unhelpful. Way too many ?rules? on the menu, I forgot I was thecustomer! John really could care less about customer service. I feel bad for any server that works here! Avoid at all costs!!
