Love this moes. The employees are very friendly However when I came in yesterday the ground beef was so old and mushy. Looked... like it had been sitting there for hours. Disappointed because it is a little pricey. Edited- Love this moes and their niceworkers! Moes plese bring back black olives and junior burritos. Been here 3 times in the past 2 years and today was the worst of them all. Every time I think it might be different, but it... doesn?t change. Customer service is TERRIBLE to the point I had to walk out. Got the wrong EVERYTHING in my bowl and they keptignoring it. I went to pay and wanted a drink and queso the lady was disgustingly rude. Wouldn?t just tell me the sizes insteadI had to walk back over to the board and find where it was. Where it would?ve taken her 2 seconds to blurt out the sizes. I?veworked at a places similar to this for 5 years and would?ve never treated anyone like this ever. But looks like Moe?s won?tchange there staff for 2 years and keeps the people that should never have jobs when it comes to talking to people. Lol. Read more
Normally a good restaurant experience at this Moe's but not the last time a few days ago...No greeting or welcome...could tell... young guy who took my order was not in a good mood. Asked if i wanted Guacamole and i said yes on the burrito bit not an extraside ... he hard a hard time understanding my answer...usually they as if i wanted a side of guacamole or cheese (up sell thecustomer) so i tried to make it easier by answering ahead...when i explained he wasn't interested. maybe that's why there wasless protein than usual..? Never asked if it was for there or to go. person at the register a young female set the bag with myburrito and chips on the counter and never bagged the soda & cookie...just walked away... so i reached around and grabbed theplastics bag and bagged the rest of the order my self. i go out of my way when i go to this MOE's because there is none near meand i am not a Chipolte fan. I was there twice last week -both times were great. Got the authentic customary Moe's welcome "Welcomeeeee to Moes'sssss" I... ordered a steak dish but the real winner was their Queso... man, someone could bathe in the stuff it's that good! I believe theshift leader/manager was very friendly as well both times even recommending I sign up with the Moes app/benefits because herecognized that I was a repeat customer that week! Good food, good prices, attentive staff, pleasant lunch spot. Met a few friends for an extended lunch and we enjoyed our meal... and our time in the restaurant. The staff asked if we needed anything, but never made us feel like we had to leave. Read more
