I finally got around to trying out this restaurant that took over the Dunkin that was in this spot for years. They pleasantly... surprised me as the food quality was excellent, though the atmosphere left much to be desired. The staff was very helpful andkind. It can be a bit confusing in ordering, as it is a fast casual restaurant and you customize a bowl with whatever youwant. They could put some other decor to help the aesthetics and some window blinds as when the sun comes down, it is prettyintense through those large windows. Excellent braised lamb bowl at Orion Fresh Mediterranean in Boca this weekend. It was my first time here, and the team member... walked me through the choices and gave me suggestions for the lamb bowl. I added 3 bases - the Romaine lettuce, the BabySpinach, and the Basmati Harissa Rice with lamb. I added the Feta cheese, onions, tomatoes, Quinoa Tabbouli, the tzatzikispread, and the Greek Vinaigrette dressing. The braised lamb with the tzatziki spread was delicious ! Orion fresh Mediterranean is absolutely awesome! I wandered in here for dinner one night and was very pleasantly surprised.... Their food is fresh and delicious and prepared daily in house, and it?s family owned by the sweetest people in town. Anh makesyou feel like part of the family as soon as you step in the door and their food does not disappoint! The variety is great, theprices are very fair, and the food is fabulous. They also have fresh juices that are fantastic! I had Orion cater my sister?sbaby shower and I was an extremely satisfied customer. As someone of Lebanese background, I know how hard it is to find good, authentic Mediterranean food in south Florida. When I... first got there I was skeptical because of it?s counter style service. However the staff was very nice and the food wasabsolutely delicious. The prices were so reasonable and portions were very generous. It?s definitely worth going there! Thepower bowl is the best!!
