This delivery was so gross. Old, dry wings and undercooked thin crust pizza. These pics were taken 2 minutes after delivery.
I ordered a pizza with a 2 litter Pepsi. Doordash was used for the delivery and they didn't bring the Pepsi. The driver said he... was going back to get it and he never came back (this is bad customer service from Doordash). I called the store and I was toldthat the manager would call me back and would refund the money. That never happened. I called a few days later to place a neworder. The person who took the order was very rude. This is for the location on St. Andrews Blvd. Next time I'll try thelocation on Hillsboro Blvd. Read more
I ordered a pizza and it never showed up. It said it would be 25 minutes. I tried to call 3 times and after 10 minutes could not... get ahold of anyone. After 45 minutes I got ahold of someone who told me DoorDash had delivered my pizza. I never got it. Andnow I am holding for the manager. It?s been 13 minutes and an hour since I ordered my pizza that never showed up. I am veryhungry and not happy. This is completely ridiculous. How does a pizza place not answer the phone? Read more

SUPER FAST! Cheesy and delicious. They were very kind to me when I picked up from this location. It's a bit hidden behind town... center mall but if you're in the area it's worth picking up! I placed an order through their app and they called me immediatelyto let me know they did not have one of the desserts and offered to swap it- and I'm glad we did bc my kids LOVED THE BROWNIEtray! I ordered 2 large pizzas online - one The Edge thin crust and the other a hand tossed pizza along with drinks. My order was... $50. I received a call from location that it was ordered from and she said they were out of the Edge thin crust and would I gowith hand tossed or stuffed crust -- so I agreed to go with the hand tossed. Then a few minutes later I get a second callstating I would have to pay $7 more for the different crust. I asked her that since they were not able to accomodate my originalorder - would they not waive the additional cost? No was the answer - so I canceled and ordered a thin crust and hand tossedfrom Dominos along with drinks and they were delivered hot within 20 minutes. Read more
Do not order pizza from the place. Terrible pizza? i orderd 125$ worth of food and it was falling apart. Like the dough wasn?t... even cooked. Literally disgusting. I will never get pizza from a Pizza Hut ever again. I?ll go to little cesears or papa john?s.Customer service is not good. Everything about this has me disappointed. I ordered pizza and wings online. I picked up my food. Drove away until I decided to open the boxes and checked about 3 miles... later. It was the wrong order. I went back to return it. Apparently I took the Door Dash or Uber Eats guy?s order. There wereonly an older white haired male and a young girl working. They gave the wrong I received to the delivery guy. EVEN AFTER I leftthe store with it! I?m pretty sure that?s against all protocols in the food industry. DISGUSTING!!! What if I was a terribleperson and did something to the food??? Even the delivery guy after seeing me bring in the food saw the confusion and still tookmy wrong order to deliver. SMH This staff here should not be preparing food for the public.
