Visited this restaurant this past week while visiting family. The staff saved my two year old sons life when he choked and... became unconscious and blue. One of the cooks stopped everything he was doing, helped flip our son over and helped loosen thefood that my son had been choking on. Our family loves this restaurant but we will always be so grateful for the prepared staffthat saved our little guy. So grateful! Read more
Been a long time customer, about 15 years. Recently the food is horrible. Pizza has no sauce and almost no cheese. Looks like... the owner is cutting corners. We ordered a pizza and site of meatballs tonight, $40 with TIP, ROFL. 1 of the worst pizza's ihave had in a long time. I called to let them know and spoke with the boss. He was rude and could care less. STAY AWAY from thisplace at all costs, way too many pizza joints out there to deal with this BUM. Read more
I like that there's alot of food on the plate. Your Salads look absolutely Beautiful on the bread bowl. Your Sauce Is delish!... I'm Italian and I don't eat Italian out alot because there sauce is horrible. Your Waiter who has been there forever is Great!Hope this review serves you well because it's the truth. Read more
I was a big fan of this location up until recently. I ordered food online from here less than a week ago, which arrived almost... 40 mins late. They then took it upon themselves to charge my card more money, days later for a 5 dollar tip I did not authorize.I will now not get food from them again since they wanted to rob me. Why would they think they even deserved a tip after makingme wait almost 2 hours for my food. Bad business!!! Read more
Unfortunately I won?t be going back to Rotelli. I?m a frequent customer here and called in for 2 small pizzas. They gave me the... total, which was $32. What arrived was two tiny 10 inch personal pizzas. Not enough at all to feed 2 adults & 2 kids andcertainly not justifiable to charge $32 for. When I called in the person, I kindly asked the person on the phone to just giveme some sort of discount on a future purchase, as again I order from here all the time. Instead of offering me anything at allto make up for their inaccuracies, and not disclosing that one topping on each pie was $3 each on a 10 inch pizza ultimatelyshooting up the price to further make me not question the size of the pizza, he stayed on the phone arguing with me that it wasentirely my fault for 10 mins. He was rude and unapologetic. Perhaps someone that actually has a vested interest in the companyshould?ve gotten involved as a 15% future discount is pocket change compared to the amount of money they?ve lost in mybuisness. I've been ordering in and eating out here for 2 years. At first it was amazing, then some dishes were lacking flavors. I've had... the delivery driver forget my drinks 2x. And today I was just very upset. I ordered a personal pie with mushrooms, sausage,pepperoni and extra cheese as well as their garlic rolls. I was very upset that my crust was not crispy at all. I literally hadto put my pizza in the airfryer so I can get that nice crisp pizza crust you're suppose to get. They're definetly skimming onthe ingredients because anytime I'd order anything on top it was loaded and now it had some here and there but nothing crazy.The garlic rolls were so dry and just went to the trash. What was suppose to be a nice dinner turned out to more work. I mightas well have cooked myself at this point. Looks like I'll be looking for a new go to spot :( Update 2/17/21 - everyone deservesa second chance right? With that being said I have been dining in and ordering out from here since I moved to FL from NY;closest I personally found to NY style pizza. Although my recent delivery wasn't the best I have decided to give them anotherchance. My kids love the penne alla vodka from here amd that's exactly what we have ordered. It was delivered fairly quick andwas still nice and hot. The rolls were nice, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Not sure what happened last timebut we all have bad days right? So my point is if you're ordering from your usual go to place and they let you down, don't giveup on them. I hope my next pizza order will be just as perfect as it normally is. Read more
We just ate here for the 1st time 2 weeks ago. In laws took us and the kids for our Anniversary Dinner. Very pretty restaurant,... very modern decor and seats were very comfy. Only complaint is that is they have no booster seats, so that?s a bit rough for thelittle ones. Staff was very nice. Food was amazing! And now their Garlic Rolls are my Fav!!! I had the shrimp scampi and it wasso lemony and delightful, I did not want pasta so they let me substitute spinach instead and it was a perfect pairing. Also hada side salad and that was so nice and fresh. Hub had the steak sandwich and he enjoyed it, said the meat had a nice taste. Kidshad chicken fingers and fries and loved every bite(the fingers were huge) Mother in law had the meatball sub and she loved it.And father in law had the fish and he actually told one of the staff that is was ?the best fish he had ever tasted? We will defbe returning again, and are so glad our 1st time here was such a joy. Read more
It's Halloween and their driver just almost killed a kid in front of my house flying through our neighborhood. They aren't... closed yet but wouldn't answer their phones. Lazy people, bad workers - a recipe for a restaurant I won't patronize anymore. Response to owner's request for more info - it was a light colored sedan delivering food to Elmford Lane in Boca Winds at8:50 pm. Hard to tell the color in the dark. Read more
