Walked in the front door of the lobby of the hotel, which looks fabulous. Three people behind the desk never even said hello.... Good evening whatever. Went to the outside bar to meet a friend. 11/14/22- Waited for the two bartenders to acknowledges us. Weall ordered a couple of drinks I ordered the edamame hummus which came with non-bread a couple of. I believe they were Englishcucumbers. It looked delicious . I also had a chicken grilled chicken sandwich was nice the bread. Hubby ordered the fish dip ,our friend order the basic burger w/ FF. The only problem was, it wasn?t busy at the bar. At 4:30pm . Hard to get attention ofthe two bartenders, who seemed to talk to each other and the servers, ignoring the bar. In my opinion the food was good. Runnerwas pleasant. The grounds are really very nice. This was our 5th trip to the Sea Spray in the past year- and the WORST. Service was awful (waiter was nowhere to be found, table... not cleared, we didn?t even get to order our entrees for close to an hour). And then- we find at the end that they have includeda 20% ?service charge? because we were a table of 5 (3 adults and 2 children). So- not much motivation to work for your tip whenyou know you?re getting 20% regardless. You can tell they?re cutting corners to save money and it?s really deteriorated theexperience. The lump crab guacamole is now ?rock shrimp guacamole.? The shrimp were bland and watery- which ruined a previouslygreat app. They keep changing the menu and removing items that were great (grouper sandwich). The brioche bun on the burger washard as a rock on one side and the burger so dry my daughter could barely eat it. The drinks were terrible. Fries were likecardboard. My husband?s salmon was actually delicious. The Sea Spray has always been better on ambiance than food, but afterthis experience, sadly we won?t be back. Read more

Fantastic views! Delicious food. Great choice of cocktails. Gigantic size of deserts. Can come by boat too.

It was my birthday celebration and it couldn?t of been better. Thank you manager for great accommodation! We are all so thankful... for awesome view and great food! Our waiter was friendly and took very good picture of us that will last a lifetime. Thank you,very pleased. Read more

Easy to find and ride on the intercoastal waterway under the Camino Real bridge, what a spot! Just go to the Waterstone resort... in Boca, Walk through their lovely lobby, and enjoy a relaxing time outside having a cocktail and a bite to eat. They make oneof my favorite martinis and hubby likes a light beer. Yes it is breezy there so I understand that going in. The service is fine,friendly faces happy smiles. Great place to unwind! We had a couples date and what a wonderful time! The views were beautiful! It was light up perfectly! Ambiance was very... relaxing! Service was good! Not excellent, but it?s alright! The food made up for it! Delicious! We had the salmon, was cookedperfectly, the quinoa salad was good, I would of add a little extra dressing, but I mean, you are ordering a healthy salad. We had a great view of the intercostal at night while enjoying cocktails after our dinner; it was a nice relaxing environment... perfect for unwinding after the work week. The steak frites And chicken Milanese were good and the pear tortellini truffle wasreally good. Read more
