Guy that works here I think his name was Paul, probably shouldn?t be customer facing. I?ll give him benefit of doubt that it was... a real busy night and maybe there were a few rude customers earlier. But he came off very rude. We did mobile order at 750pm and2 of 3 orders were on time when we picked it up around 8pm. At 810pm my friend politely asked for his missing drink. Paul said,and I quote, ?it?s coming, if people stop asking for their drinks we can get to them.? Made us feel it was our fault theycompletely missed 1 of the 3 orders. I don?t think he even asked what drink it was or bothered check the order/receipt. Now wewait another 7-10 minutes and during this time Paul was putting iced water for 4-5 customers that had just come in. We watchedthem make other drinks for other customers who literally just got done paying, but no one was making my friend?s black iced tea.Yep just a simple iced tea. So at 820pm I go up to ask another person behind the counter and she said she will make the drink?right now?. 2-3 minutes later is when she actually made the drink. So we pretty much waited 20-30 mins for a mobile order. Butthe difference between her and Paul is that Paul was very rude. Not just to us but to other customers too. Another lady told himthat there was a drink that noone was claiming, and Paul gave her an attitude too saying to her in a condescending way, ?peoplepick up their order at anytime. Why? What?s the problem?? Like in a tone where he pretty much said, ?it?s not your drink mindyour own business? don?t bother me i?m busy.? Definitely a training opportunity here, or maybe Paul should have just taken therest of the night off. The least Paul could have done is look up my friend?s order and ask/check what was missing, maybe, maybea simple gesture of apologizing. But no, nothing. For a Starbucks being in Mizner Park in Boca Raton the chairs and coffee table were very dirty and sticky I have to cleaned the ... chairs were I sat and the table too. Nobody came to clean after an hour I was there. Need to keep the place more clean. Read more
I waited over 25 minutes for a drink that never came. A cold brew coffee which takes less than 2 minutes for them to make. An... entirely new set of people were waiting for drinks by the time I got my refund. This is starting to become more of a frequentoccurrence. Fix this or else I?m going to make coffee at home. And it?s going to be as bitter as my disappointment was in thelevel of service today. Read more

This was the worst Starbucks experience I have ever encountered. I walked in to get my birthday beverage , it seemed like a slow... night, there was only one gentleman in front of me. He ordered a black coffee (simple) which the Cashier (Joshua) somehow seemedirritated to get for him. When he finally finished with him, I approached and ordered a venti Vanilla sweet cream cold brew,with no ice, and 5 pumps of brown sugar syrup. After several minutes of pressing buttons he looks at me and says ?so and icedcoffee with vanilla syrup?? I said no and politely repeated my order. Then I showed him my account showing my birthday beverage,he looked at me annoyed and confused and said ?I don?t think we do that here? I was startled by how uneducated he was, and rude.I then explained if he scanned my account the birthday coupon should pop up. He then did so. And took several extra minutes toget the sticker on my beverage. He was taking a while looking around for what he was supposed to do, and then a manager cameout, saw he was taking forever, and made the drink within a few seconds and showed him where everything was. They handed me thedrink, and unfortunately it had ice in it?. I saw the sticker and it didn?t say no ice so I know she couldn?t have known. Ipolitely mentioned ?I am so sorry, I did request no ice?? as a line gathered at the cashier, the manager told the barista toremake it as she helped the growing line. He grabbed a new cup and tried to just transfer the beverage into the new cup withoutice. And realized it didn?t fill to the top. A great Starbucks. Notably, this location has a few baristas who have won awards for their art and latte making skills (look for... the black aprons, those are the higher trained baristas at any Starbucks). They do an exceptional job of making exactly what Iwant. Parking is inconvenient, but that is expected in Mizner Park. They recently renovated and added beer on tap. Insideseating has large window views and there is outside seat as well, although it is popular so it isn?t easy to make space of yourown. Read more
