It was the first Starbucks which does not have lactose-free cow's milk. How it is possible?
This Starbucks has a very relaxing and a very clean environment. The combination of coffee and the yellow lighting and the study... tables along with the conversation chairs just overall ties everything into this great academically successful environment. Theonly two things I would say that aren't great is that recently the Starbucks has stopped accepting the Starbucks app along withthe point system much like all the restaurants within FAU, a feature which i treasure greatly. The quality of the drink was alsoaverage in comparison to other Starbucks in the area, with inconsistent syrup and taste. I went and asked for a pumpkin cream cold brew. She added barely any cold foam with barely any pumpkin taste. . When asked for... vanilla I was handed it but when it wasn?t sweet enough they asked me to pay. They were rude about it as well. Read more
Awesome Carmel iced latte and a triple expresso at this huge Starbucks at Glades and 441. They have a drive thru, but we parked... and went in. This is the largest Starbucks I have been to in Boca. They had plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The interiorwas pristine. The staff was super friendly and efficient. Fantastic experience. Julio (assistant manager) is very rude, especially towards his employees & is incredibly two-faced, and Debra (manager) isn't... the nicest either. They don't treat their workers very well, and won't even let them take small breaks to rest, even if theyhave been there for 4 hours. They also don't pay their workers well, whilst continuously overstaffing & crowding the workingfloor. Some of the workers there are lazy and won't even dump out some of the sauces/toppings after they expire, whilst alsokeeping milk cartons out during busier hours, which is a major food and heath safety violation. Along with this, unlikenon-franchised Starbucks locations, they will charge you extra if you ask for light ice, and they also seem to charge more forother drinks, which is ironic because this location pays their workers worse then the non-franchised locations do. Please takeyour business elsewhere and do not support this location, as they do not care about making a better working environment fortheir employees, and there are also food & health violations that occur daily. Chartwell's in general is a horrible company, andI ask you not to support any of their locations. Read more
They really love to overcharge you-somehow almost paid for a bag of chips I got at Outtakes in Starbucks. This place also never... seems to be able to keep up with demand-stock is almost always out and they never seem to get another order in. Just overall oneof the worst Starbucks I?ve ever been to. Avoid, avoid, avoid this place. This has been my last resort since DD has been closed due to the pandemic. But, these guys are... the best at screwing things up. But you have to give it to them, they're consistent - one cup, one problem. Either your coffeeis too bitter or too sweet, or like today, you get bad cream. Get your coffee somewhere else if you can.
