My family orders from here all the time 95% of the time it?s good. The Hot-N-Ready is always a welcome fix for a busy... evening. For the second time this evening however, we ordered on the app ahead of time (our habit) and get the notification topick up. When we arrived at the store they said it will be ready soon, they are behind. It was busy but the we waited more than10 minutes after they said ?almost?. The two front counter employees were more interested in sharing the music and ear buds than the were helping employees. The Hot... and ready cheese pizza that I ordered was anything but hot and definitely NOT READY. It took 20 minutes foe me to receive it.Partly because the undynamic duo did not bother to keep track of the product as it was prepared and made available by thekitchen. The did keep track of how they were greeting people as they came in and what song was playing in their shared ear. Iwould have been waiting longer had the manager not come around the corner after putting out a batch of product and ask the earbud pair what I, along with two other customers, was waiting for.
