My family orders from here all the time 95% of the time it?s good. The Hot-N-Ready is always a welcome fix for a busy... evening. For the second time this evening however, we ordered on the app ahead of time (our habit) and get the notification topick up. When we arrived at the store they said it will be ready soon, they are behind. It was busy but the we waited more than10 minutes after they said ?almost?. Not sure why the app doesn?t seem to adjust for busy times. Read more

The two front counter employees were more interested in sharing the music and ear buds than the were helping employees. The Hot... and ready cheese pizza that I ordered was anything but hot and definitely NOT READY. It took 20 minutes foe me to receive it.Partly because the undynamic duo did not bother to keep track of the product as it was prepared and made available by thekitchen. The did keep track of how they were greeting people as they came in and what song was playing in their shared ear. Iwould have been waiting longer had the manager not come around the corner after putting out a batch of product and ask the earbud pair what I, along with two other customers, was waiting for. Service was very unsatisfactory. When I arrived ( not that it matters how my day was ) it was after a 13 hour shift cleaning... pools. I was very hungry, saw that there was a Tuesday promo. Perhaps there was miscommunication, but I thought I received thepromo, but did not, couldn't see what I actually paid for because I was not given a receipt. The young girl behind the counterwas very unhelpful when I asked do I receive the promo but just pay for the extra toppings or how does that work. Her response "ummm not really" ok ok maybe I was having a bad day, but I was not greeted coming into the store, nor was I told to have a goodnight, when the pizza was finally ready they called my name. I stood up " yup that's me :) " audible enough to hear my voicebank off the back wall in the back. Stood there 1,2,3,75,100,120,157 seconds before I had to grab the attention of the what Ibelieve to be the manager on duty, she said one sec as she yelled for the girl who took my order to give me my 2 pizzas not atthe promo rate I thought I was getting, can neither confirm or deny again not handed my receipt. Pizza was fresh tho, everythinglittle ceasers standard ( which was my first job worked it for 5 years ) until I see the cuts. Ordered extra most bestes pepperoni said it would be 10 mins. Still waited 20 mins for it. Get the pizza and it's soggy and... greasy a whole bunch of flop in the middle and for laughs and giggles wasn't even cut all the way. Read more
