Sherry, manager at this location, is not polite to customers, she often times has a bad attitude. I?m not sure why she works... there, it seems like she hates her job. I could hear her yelling at other employees through the drive-thru and when i asked touse my discount she let out an upset groan, and when I inquired about a deal I received in my gmail, she seemed to not haveheard of it until I paid full price for my smoothies. Really really hit or miss, sometimes the smoothies are to die for and the perfect consistency and flavor, and sometimes the... teenagers there are extremely rude and seem like they just want you to leave with smoothies that are as watery as fruit juice. Read more
Smoothie King Boerne has made great improvements in their customer service and smoothie making! I used to frequent this... location, but about a year ago, the service and quality had declined. I recently started coming back this summer and thecustomer service is top notch! Today, my husband and I went in for two smoothies and the customer service was amazing. Theywere pretty busy with both drive through and in store orders, but all staff, Kaitlyn, Danny, and Grace were hard at work andbeing so polite and respectful. The taste of our smoothies were so good! One complaint we used to have was the grainy textureand either too bitter or too sweet tasting smoothies. The people in the morning are great and so efficient and kind!..but at night I would not recommend coming. The workers are... teenage girls screaming and took 10 minutes getting my one small drink out?THERE WERE THREE OF THEM!! Plus they were being evenmore unprofessional by burping so loud. Disgusting!! Amazing smoothies! The people who work here actually care about getting your order right, which already puts them ahead of 80%... of the places in Boerne. Add in the fact that I don't think there is a smoothie there that isn't delicious and you have one ofthe few places here that merits 5 stars. Good job guys! Read more
