Food was excellent!! Kids portions were larger than expected which was great. I will definitely come back to dine again.

What's not to like! The staff are amazing and I can't stress enough what a wonderfully managed, clean, welcoming environment... this restaurant is. We had to order way more than we could eat because we wanted to try everything. A big key for me is how arestaurant cooks potatoes and they are next level good here! The blueberries and cream danish was out of this world and not tosweet which was perfect! The croissant breakfast sandwich and egg white fritta are so good. Historical building with lots tosee...Anytime we're in Boerne we'll be back! Read more

I was about to give 2 stars due the fact I was waiting in line for almost 45 minutes but there were empty tables in the room.... After this time and no text messages calling us, my wife decided to ask and, like magic, the really, but really young attendendsaid they could accommodate us at this time. I believe the average age of the people working there is about 20 years, and eventhough they are very nice, there is a obvious lack of experience. With that said, I decided to add one more star because thebrunch was delicious, really devine. I believe with more experienced supervision this place has a potential to be 5 stars. Let'ssee next time I come there. Read more

Everything we ordered here was delicious. We got soup, salad, a wrap, and a burger. The fries were so good!!! They are... definitely homemade. The ambiance is also nice. And we loved the shop connected to it. Read more

Great food. Love the historic building & wonderful ambience. This building has an incredible history in Boerne and they have an... amazing wall in the back that documents their history. This is a wonderful place to meet a friend for lunch or breakfast or justcoffee. My favorite is their delicious quiche Lorraine in the perfect crust and it comes with fresh fruit. They have manydelicious dishes! Read more

Perfect location. Original grocery store built in 1854 and truly felt as if a grizzled Tombstone sheriff with a 6shooter... strapped to his leg should have been standing on the wrap around porch, leaning against a post watching the slow traffic passby. To honor the feeling I had as we walked into the old time bakery and were seated, I ordered a John Wayne (which I can?timagine the Duke drinking something this sweet and creamy in such a little ?pinkie up? glass). Though I don?t drink sweet andcreamy coffee much, my coffee intake earlier that morning begged something to wipe away the fur on my tongue. It?s worth a visitas the espresso was clean and strong with no bitterness. Read more

I heard from my fiance that this used to be a pricey place to eat. He was very wrong, indeed! The best $12 I have ever spent for... a large meal made with high-quality and locally grown ingredients with a delightful presentation on the plate. Will always cometime and time again because their iced chai tea latte is also fantastic. Read more
