The drive-thru line was long, so I went inside to order. Only one customer in front of me. When I came out, the car that would... have been in front of me was just ordering their food. Waited for 25+ minutes in the drive thru, in the second lane like I was told to. While I was waiting at least 6 or 7 cars past... me and no one ever came out with my food or to take payment. Whataburger used to be one of my favorite spots, after thisexperience I won?t be back. Read more
Food is good. They offer condiments. Only complaint I have is that they didn't give us any napkins and my son spilled gravy on... his hand and I was driving on I10 and couldn't give him anything but a receipt to wipe it off. Still 5 stars , but seriously, at least one napkin please. I get that Biden sucks and supplies are iffy but 1 napkin could have helped. Read more
It was a very eventful meal with blue cheese bacon double patty ???? it was a fat burger with onion rings lots of them. I had... gotten a small chocolate shake. I didn't like it...yes I'm aware that shakes are sweet. It was just too sweet for me. I gave itto fiancé. He had a big double cheese bacon burger combo meal with fries and a ???? shake with my added chocolate. Since he'salways in Texas some where he gets Whata burger regularly. Friendly staff, and good food, if it wasn't for all the obnoxious kids screwing off in their little trucks would have been able... to give them a fifth star. Not their fault but I can't be giving these stars out for free. They're earned. Read more
Store was very clean, cashier was knowledgeable when answering my questions. Food was prepared as requested and hot and fresh.... Food was brought to my table with condiments offered. Restroom was clean and well stocked. Read more
