They need to learn to answer the phone and not keep some One in hold for 45 mins and then hang up
I've been sitting waiting on a online order. It hadn't came to my house yet. I called at 11:40 pm and only got the... advertisement over and over again. Nobody never answered the phone. So I ordered online cause i felt being a Friday night theymaybe busy. After waiting for so ling. I drove to dominoes was at one window. The lady never came to see what I wanted. Anothercar was behind me. Then I saw a car go around to the 1st window I went to. I waited about 5 minutes nobody never came to serviceme. Eventually I went to the itger window pulled up behind another car. The person exchanged money to the lady. But I never seeany order transacted. The car pulled off. I pulled up to the window the lady had walked away. It took her 10 more minutes ( Itimed her).to come back to the window I was at. I asked her about my order. She stated John is out delivering pizzas now. Iasked her does he have my order. She stated yes he do. I went back home which it's not even 5 minutes from the restaurant atthis time it's 12:40 am. I called back to the restaurant still didn't get a response. The advertisement played over and overagain. I sat with my phone listening to the recorder before to place a order. Thats why i ordered online. To get a order i,only not to receive anything at all. Very very disappointed of the service. Right now it's 1:14 am. I still haven't received mypizza. It's ashame how this restaurant treat a customer. I understand she said they were short handed. But why lie as if mypizza was already being delivered just to stop taking orders. Right now I'm a disappointed customer. I came from Mississippi tovisit with my fiance. I'd gotten my mouth set to pay 31.99 just to have a bite to eat before I go to bed. Another thing: But Igot one delivered last week and only paid 25.00. And gave the driver a 3.00 tip.This dominoes needs to know that you don't havereliable employees working in this franchise. And will lie just to get rid of customers from the store. Read more
Quality has been amazing and times have been right on their estimated time of being ready. Staff is always friendly and never... have any problems with my orders. Great place to grab a quick pizza! Read more
After ordering at 530... using the tracker and it saying delivery 602 at hotspot... we sat there for 45 minutes.. I called the... store they said another 15 minutes, then after that I called back and a girl got on the phone and when I explained what wasgoing on she said nothing and I said are you there? She responded with im about to cuss you out goodbye. Domino's just lost alifelong customer. Horrible customer service. If that's how you treat your customers then I'll take my loyal business elsewhere.The manager on tonight was Steven and he wouldn't get on the phone either. Read more
The toppings were wrong.they were out of salad. Who sells out of salad? Then, instead of just refunding my money....they told me... that they would just put it on a CREDIT! I'VE NEVER HEAR OF THAT! The only thing that was good was the baked apples. It justseemed a bit strange to me. Read more
I wasn't there and I would not order from THIS dominos as 14 years ago I would order 3 large pizzas every Friday for over a year... until one order came upside down. After talking to the then manager who promised a discount on my next purchase and then startedrefusing delivery stating my home was no longer within their range. They are getting expensive and the location is terrible. Pizze and staff were good.
