Waited TWO hours then called to refund my order to be told they already cancelled it and didn't tell me.
Second time in a row I've made a delivery order and haven't gotten my food. No one answering the phone, and now after two hours... it says they're closed. Read more
First off, when I called they immediately put me on hold with must I say boring music. Second off, she answered with an... attitude. And last but not least they are ?out? of personal pan pizza aka little dough. And they had everything else butpersonal pan dough? I don?t understand the difference or misconceptions. Read more
I ordered a PPP and a order of cheese bread. Once the delivery person finally got here (2 hours later) my cheese bread was stone... cold. The PPP was luke warm. So there's that I guess. It was a completely horrible experience. When I called to find out wheremy food was they were nice and said she is on her way. Then I called again once I got my cold food and I got a I'm sorry, I'lllet her know. 64 mins is not 120 mins. I'm just saying... (that's what the delivery time said 64min) I dont usually mind a longwait as long as my food is hot. I literally ended up throwing $20 in the trash. Smh... do better please Read more
Went inside around 3:50 today and the older lady and the counter was very nice and took my number said she'd call wheb it was... ready in 20 min, fast forward 30 minutes I called to check on my order and the lady said she gave it away , this being the wrongcase when I asked she began being rude and catching an attitude when she made the mistake. I ordered through the app and it appeared it didn?t go through, which didn?t matter because I received nothing but great service... from the staff. The manager corrected a mistake that was not theirs (it was the app acting up) and ordered my pizza. Friendlyfrom the moment I walked in to when I got my pizza. It was hot, crispy and delicious! Service is ok could be much better but when you are hungry. Hunger is all ways the best bite !! Small little store no where to... eat inside but you can get full with your pizza ???? to go !!!!! Read more
