As always the food is delicious. The staff could use an additude adjustment. I placed my order online. I do this regularly. I... wait 20+ minutes in line to get to the microphone to order. The person working the car line asked for my order. I told them Ihad an online order. She answered rudely that I needed to go inside. I told her I'd rather not and I always pickup my order inthe car line. She again, rather rudely said you can take care of that inside. So I drove around and reached the window. I toldthe person at the window that I had an online order and who I was. The other person with the headset said ugh I told you to comeinside. I replied look I never have to go inside to get my order. I don't understand why I need to do so today. When again itwas ordered online. Even if I had ordered at the microphone, wouldn't it had been the same? Can they not just pull the receiptand fill my order?? She proceeds to tell me that they are short handed. So if you are short handed, and it'd be easier for me togo in and get my order, why not politely say that in out first interaction? I would've went in. But no she was rude, and veryugly about the situation. Also, there were a couple of employees just standing around and not doing anything, so how shortstaffed were they?? Both employees that I interacted with, the one at the window and the one w the head set on, were very rude.I wish I could've seen their name tags, bc I sure would let y'all know who they are. There was another way to handle the entiresituation. So on top of all that, I ended up being there waiting on my order for 45 minutes. That's ridiculous. Then they hadmy order wrong. They didn't have fountain drinks , no salt and pepper in packs , food was good but service could have been a little better

Looking inside the restaurant through drive-thru window, the employee was licking his finger every time he tried to open the... plastic bag, then he used his hand to open paper box for the chicken. So disgusting and unsanitary! Read more
