Gave 5 stars only because maybe I have the absolute worst luck at this particular Sonic location but have never had a good... experience here and the owner is definitely an @$$! Called in to let them know all of my food was extremely cold and was told bythe owner I was a liar! Explained to him I didn't want anything free just wanted them to know so it doesn't happen to anothercustomer in the future! Still refused to admit they had pre made my order prior to me arriving to pick it up! Ordered on theapp! That's the worst of the 20 plus bad luck moments my family and I have had there! They never put any Cherry's in my drink and I pay for that. Other than that I'm cool with them.
Our service was really good they made the food very good and I think they deserve five stars for this
Prices are getting more expensive and I don't know if we will be able to go there much longer

I have been here a lot. They get the orders 100% right most of the time. It is definitely one of the best Sonic's I have been... to. It's very seldom that the order is wrong but when it is wrong it is completely wrong. Although the most part they get itright and they do not skimp on the good stuff. Read more
