Went through the drive thru started to order and my daughter asked a question! He said just a second and never came back. About... 10 minutes later with 4 cars behind us she said sir and he said hold on they are making a big order. We waited another5 minuteswith another car pulling up so we just left but as soon as we got to the window we seen there was 4 employees standing by thecounter doing absolutely nothing but talking to each other. Maybe they should just scratch this Taco bell ??????? seems to have gotten worst every time I've been here for past couple... years. Half the time they're out of almost everything, blatantly refused to upcharge or to take things off, girl behind theheadset this seems to be bothered, & took 25mins ????????????????????
