This is my goto place! Great atmosphere, staff is very friendly, especially Kayla. I ordered the Bourbon Street Steak as take... out but decided to eat it there at the bar. It was terrific, cooked to perfection! Kayla is an extremely hard worker, and madeeveryone there at the bar enjoy their stay with a very pleasant personality. I'll be back soon. Read more
My boyfriend asked for medium well burger and got a raw one. My food and my sons food was good. It's a hit or miss sometimes.... Overall, typical chain restaurant. Service was a little slow too. Read more
On 9/5/2022 me and my wife attempted dinner. The place was mostly empty, we were seated right away and when the waitress came we... ordered drinks, appetizer and dinner right away. Probably 15 minutes later our drinks came, then we waited another 20 to 30minutes for the appetizer. Then about 10 minutes later the waitress came over to let us know they were out of the ribs my wifeordered. During the extremely long wait we had to listen to the bus girl complaining about how she was doing all the work andwhoever was supposed to be helping her wasn't listening to her. During all this and with all the poor service you would thinkthe manager might stop by but she was really not to concerned that her restaurant was being run extremely poorly. Oh yeah!!! We visited this Applebee's on Friday while traveling to Long Island. We were greeted by a very friendly staff and... seated quickly. Our waiter was so friendly and accommodating. The food and drinks were great and the prices were surprisinglyreasonable. When we visit NY again we're definitely going back to this restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!! Read more
The food was good but the waiter didn't come back to ask if my food was satisfactory. I order from the 2 for $27 menu and asked... the 2nd dinner to be placed to go which it was but I had to wait 10 minutes after I received the check. When I asked the managerhe basically acted as though it wasn't important and instead of checking he went back to the bar. When I finally got my food Iwas given the excuse that chicken had to be prepped and when I said I had they had the whole time I was eating to do that wasbasically blown off.
