First time ordering from here and pizza was ok, zucchini sticks were soggy, and guy at the front counter was so rude. After he... told me 3 times my order wasn?t there someone from the back thankfully yelled and said it was indeed there. This guy acted likeI was interrupting his day by ordering pizza. Talked to me so rude. A simple thank you and have a nice day go a long way. It?ssad that local businesses lack decent customer service skills. Read more

We order from here often, BUT last night?s Grandma Pie and also the Sicilian pizza were both extremely salty. My wife had a... spike in her BP after eating two slices. The sodium level was off the safety chart. I hope this was an anomaly, because theirfood is typically delicious. Read more

We went tonight and were pleasantly surprised. The food was so delicious and service was top notch. My fiance had the Chicken... Florentine and I had penne with meatballs. I also had a salad, it was fresh and crispy. I work in the area so I willdefinitely be back. Read more

I use to be a loyal customer to the pizzeria savianos, but just recently this past week I walked into buona fortuna and the... pizza man behind the counter had a beautiful display of selections. I tried one regular slice and one chicken bacon ranch and itwas absolutely amazing. Great service! I will definitely be coming back. Read more

I have been to this place a couple times and each time I have had a very negative experience with their customer service. When... asking to add something to my very simple order of one slice after it has came out of the oven they rudely said, "you justthough of that?". They rush you into ordering your food so they do not have to deal with the customer anymore. The only goodthing about the place is that the food tastes good, but I would much rather go to a place where I am respected as a customer. There are plenty of much friendlier options in the area where I would much rather attend. I so wanted to give a local shop near my business establishment a shot. There's not many places that deliver in the area for... pizza... The initial interaction on the phone was pretty poor but the guy sounded frustrated and overwhelmed so I figured okayno big deal. When I asked if they take card (which really any business should take today) he said he prefered cash. I checked tosee if I had enough on my I did not. So I got an attitude for paying over the phone with my card... Than I was told 45 minutesfor 2 pies to be delivered... Around the block. When I asked to confirm the long time I was told we're busy but it will probablybe a little earlier. 55 minutes later... No pizza. I called and again got an attitude and was told "yeah he'll be there soon."No apology, nothing. Obviously they feel any local business alliance is not important. I will not be ordering from themagain. Update: 1:05 minutes later. We finally have pizza. No apologies for the wait and not even a thanks for the tip. Which Ishould not have given but I felt bad for the kid. Read more
