Wow! I've had gluten free, just about everything. But I have to say this Bakery (No Gluten Kneaded) is far and away, the Best... gluten free baked goods I've ever had. Somewhat lighter than standard baked goods. But perfectly made, extremely enjoyable toeat, absolutely delicious. This little bakery ia a gem! If you need gluten free, Or Not! I've been gluten free for 17 years now and up until now I had only found one truly great gluten free bakery and that was in NYC.... I'm extremely happy to say I've finally found another one much closer to home. The pastries and cookies were unbelievably good(better than I've been able to make myself and pretty much a first with the exception of the nyc bakery). Everything that Itried was really good and had great texture. The highlights for me were the cinnamon pop tarts, coffee cakes and cinnamon rolls(yes I like cinnamon lol). The Sicilian pizzas were also great. The sandwich bread was really good - much better than udi's(still hard to find a gf bread that's really like ones with gluten - maybe it's not possible). I picked up the chicken potpiestoday and I'm excited to try them. If you keep up this kind of quality, you'll have a long term repeat customer with me. All thebest. Read more

No Gluten Kneaded has delicious baked goods. Jennifer is kind and helpful. It isn?t always easy finding gluten free products... that are tasty and leave you wanting more. Both my dad and sister having celiac, it is imperative to have things completelygluten free and this place delivered on that! Our favorite thing so far has been the raspberry and cheese danish and the crumbcake. The cinnamon buns are also a favorite! Thank you and we look forward to coming back! Read more
I don?t have allergies to gluten but try not to have to much on my diet.. stopped here this morning and got the cinnamon roll... and the donut and was surprised at how delicious they were. I prefer them over the ones I?ve had in the past with gluten. Mysister got the loaf of bread and she said it was delicious too. I will be getting my breads and sweets from here only from nowon! Small shop in Bohemia in a tiny strip mall that makes all gluten free foods. Some items are also vegan. There are bread, rolls,... cookies, cakes, scones, cinnamon rolls, donuts, etc. This was my first time there. Everyone there was very friendly andhelpful. The store was very clean. They do take credit cards, and even take Apple and Google Play. I was buying gluten freeproducts for my wife for Mother's Day and tried one of the chocolate chip cookies. It was delicious. My wife said the cinnamonrolls taste just like regular rolls. She hasn't tried the other items yet. I definitely recommend trying them out. Read more
