Ordered lunch through the Panera app for pick up. The ordered was processed very quickly and they got it correct. Walked it and... picked it up right at the front pick up area. I got the chicken Caesar salad and my wife got the sandwich salad combo. The saladwas a good size and the chicken was good. I walked In the door it was 3 minutes before opening but the door was open. I asked Politely if they were open and They told... me I have to come back in 3 minutes . So I went outside and they locked the door behind me. At 7:30 when they are supposed to beopen..I tried to open the door it was locked... So I left and as I was walking away they they came and opened the door and anddidn't say anything to me. I run a retail store and I would never treat my customers like that just like that I would open thestore early if that was the case. First of all my sandwich was put together horribly, we stood at the counter for at least two minutes while 7 employees were... huddled around talking to each other (all seeming to be under 25). It took 20 minutes to get our food for take out. Two of oursops were wrong and as we where sitting waiting for our food to be ready multiple people were complaining their orders werewrong.
