Ordered lunch through the Panera app for pick up. The ordered was processed very quickly and they got it correct. Walked it and... picked it up right at the front pick up area. I got the chicken Caesar salad and my wife got the sandwich salad combo. The saladwas a good size and the chicken was good. I walked In the door it was 3 minutes before opening but the door was open. I asked Politely if they were open and They told... me I have to come back in 3 minutes . So I went outside and they locked the door behind me. At 7:30 when they are supposed to beopen..I tried to open the door it was locked... So I left and as I was walking away they they came and opened the door and anddidn't say anything to me. I run a retail store and I would never treat my customers like that just like that I would open thestore early if that was the case. First of all my sandwich was put together horribly, we stood at the counter for at least two minutes while 7 employees were... huddled around talking to each other (all seeming to be under 25). It took 20 minutes to get our food for take out. Two of oursops were wrong and as we where sitting waiting for our food to be ready multiple people were complaining their orders werewrong. We ordered at our office to have this delivered. First of all, the delivery came very quickly. However when we opened the... package it was missing a drink. I called to let them know and not only did they bring the drink back very quickly, but they alsoincluded two cookies. Great customer service and response time. We'll definitely order again! Read more

There is nothing special about it, just the opposite. Rude & impersonal customer service. Food is the same as any fast food... chain but costs more. This particular Panera was filthy. Food stains on the walls! I will never go to a Panera again. Read more
I'm afraid I can no longer dine here on my lunch hour. I waited over 20 minutes for my simple soup/salad order to be prepared. ... It was way too busy and understaffed to accommodate a lunch time crowd and I had to finally wrap my order to go as I did nothave time to eat it.
