Stopped in to get coffee on my way to work. Started a phone update while waiting in drive thru figured I had a wait. I finally... get to place my order reach in my bag....no wallet and phone is updating. Not wanting to be a jerk and just drive off I rolledup to the window to let them know so they can cancel it. The lady at the window was like its ok it will be on us. Thankfully bythe time I got my coffee the phone had restarted so I can use my Starbucks apps but, still really appreciated they were willingto give me my coffee regardless! Read more
Everyone that works here is super friendly. Orders were done quickly and are always correct.
We don't get to Starbucks very often, but Monday definitely called for a visit. There had been a redesign of the store and... everything looked fresh and new.We had come in with one product in mind,but when we got there,we saw new drinks advertised so Iordered one and my wife the other.We shared on the way home.Delightful! One of the better stores I?ve been to in this franchise. Ambiance is great, political messaging is fairly neutral, so clean and... tastefully updated. All the staff is extremely friendly and seems to have a relationship with many of the store?s customers. Theservice was so expedient and professional. Seriously such a wonderful experience, brings one back to a time not so long agowhere customer service was the most important factor. Other stores in this franchise should definitely pay attention to what?shappening here! And Chris, our quick conversation was a wonderful addition to my morning! The cup lids are all defective and do not fit securely on the cup. If you don?t use a straw then you risk pouring your drink all... over yourself. Nothing against the staff and the taste. Just need to switch back to the old cups and lids Read more
This is a nice Starbucks, right off Sunrise highway. Good space and a lot of tables. Not a bad choice if you're looking to have... a coffee meetup or meeting. Read more
Friendly staff and warm atmosphere. Smaller than some other Starbucks, but I've never seen it too crowded when I go. The drive... through seems to get busy in the mornings, however, so I'd tend to avoid it if possible. Read more
Staff at this Starbucks are professional and nice. Some locations have impatient staff... not Bohemia. My lil girl sometimes... takes forever to order... they are so patient! Read more
