Never got anything bad here and the sweet tea is great.
This Bojangles seems to run out of stuff quite alot. I've went 2 mornings in a row ordered Steak Biscuits and was told we're out... of steak not the first time this has happened. In talking to other customers they said the same thing. If this keeps happeningwouldn't it make sense to increase your order. Read more
Slow to greet us at counter, inexperienced staff had to get help to do the order. Side order underfilled, wrong pieces of... chicken on one order. Chicken overcooked and had a strong off flavor, not at all like normal Boj, which I have eaten since1981. Dining room infested with flies, well over a dozen alive and dead. This place is going way downhill. Time for anintervention by management. Fast food isn't rocket science, follow your processes and do things by the book and it comes outOK; they've lost the book here. Read more
It was very clean. The staff was very nice. My only con's would be that they did not except any type of app pay. In turn i... was not able to grab breakfast. But not a big deal. Read more
I use to get good food at this bojangles but lately the fries aren't fit to eat. Sometimes the biscuits aren't. They recook the... fries that have already been sitting for awhile. The fries aren't supposed to be served if they have been cooked for 10 minutesor longer. Either recooked or cold and sitting for way to long. Don't think I'll go back to this location for awhile. Went through the drive through today while it wasn?t busy and almost everything on the order was wrong. What I ordered: 4 piece... supreme with dirty rice and mtn dew Grilled chicken salad, no tomatoes with Diet Pepsi What I got: 2 supremes and hash brownsand mtn dew Grilled chicken salad with tomatoes and regular Pepsi I was also not given a receipt so I?m not sure what theythink I ordered.
