Just left this place. I ordered two of the 3piece big box meals one with all legs and the other with all thighs. I had to take... back in due to wrong breading on the chicken and they were really nice and replaced the chicken. I got home and checked. I hadjelly but they didn't give the biscuits back. I had one box with all legs and one with a leg thigh and wing (two pieces I won'teat). Tried to call them and of course the phone is busy. ???? 22.00 for what!! And we live 20 minutes away so going back toget two biscuits and change chicken out isn't worth it. Read more

Went through the drive thru at 8:45 and all outside lights including the menu board where off. When ask if they could turn them... on so we could see they stated no. We pulled up to the window and heard and employee say we leave the lights off hoping peoplewill think we are closed. This has happened multiple times...this is the worst service every. Everytime you go they are alwaysout if have the food on the menu. Read more

Funny how the employees still drag ex employees names through the dirt and make up things on why THEY quit. Seems like a slander... lawsuit is looking better and better. I should not be stopped in public and a former customer saying they heard this and that.Not professional on KFC behalf. Also, I went against my better judgement and went through the drivethru last week. My order waswrong, as I figured it would be. It?s not hard to NOT talk about people and to get the food that people are paying for correct. Read more

*UPDATE* I went back during the day and was able to talk to the general manager of this location. He was very polite and... respectful. He listened to what happened and thanked me for letting him know. He gave me the number for the lady who is over himand his store and invited me to come back and see their improvements. He informed me that this store is under new management andthey are trying to change the way the community sees their restaurant. This is the second night in a row I got to this tacobell before 9pm and the employees stated they were closed. The sign on the window says 10-10 the sign on the door says 10-10.There are no handwritten signs anywhere on any of the windows or doors that state this store will be closing early. The manageron duty said that they were closing early because one of his employees have a family emergency. Afterwards the lady says it isbecause they have only had 3 people all night. One of the employees stood outside talking to someone, saying something aboutthese white people are crazy. I stayed until I could get the number of whoever is suppose to run that store, and emailed thecompany. Very rude employees. Wouldn't be surprised if the number the manager gave was fake. Read more

We spend 30$ and They give us 1/2 of the wrong order and put everything on our food when we clearly said not to put it on there.... And y?all want 15$ a hour to not be able to do a job a 6 year old could do proficiently. I will say though the lady at thewindow was very friendly from start to finish. Read more
