Better make sure who is working before you order. Got a Philly cheese steak papadias tonight and there was barley anything on... it. Only saw 1 piece of green pepper and 3 pieces of onion. What meat was on it looked like it had already been chewed up. Mightas well ordered plain bread. Read more
I have placed an order for delivery last night paid $25 over the phone with a credit card and my pizza was never delivered so... next thing in the morning I?m calling them to get my refund and the guy on the phone is telling me that that?s a big process andinstead of getting my refound he offered me a new pizza. No more business with this guys what a SCAM !!! Read more
Papa John's does have some good pizza! This shop in boiling springs NC does a pretty good job I guess. Although after being told... my order would be ready in 5 minutes, it ended up being more like 20 to 25 minutes because something got messed up. Anyway, Istill recommend them because like I said at the beginning, they do have good pizza! ???? Read more
Over the last 2 years I have tried, unsuccessfully, to order dinner for my family from this establishment. They either get it... completely wrong or they claim they don't get the order at all. For a "Fast Food" establishment there is nothing FAST about it &as for the FOOD... I've yet to get what I've ordered. Read more
We get deliveries from this one quite often and we love it. Went to visit Noah's ark and decided to order and I got chicken... Alfredo, and I've never ordered it from a pizza place, I gotta eat it was absolutely amazing. Got back home and decided to orderfrom another papa John's and it wasn't near as good as the one in Kentucky. I've not tried it at this papa John's yet butthey're wings and pizzas are really good. I placed a carry order, and was told it would be 12/14 minutes. I ran to the part store first, then to pick up my pizza. Upon... arrival, I was told it wasn't ready yet. A large pepperoni pizza, to go, not ready yet. So, I wait. And wait. Finally anotheremployee comes to help, and come to find out my order wasn't even prepared yet, not even started. This was about 45/50 minutesafter I placed my order. I got my money back and left. Off to little Cesar's I go. Read more
