I would rate this Taco Bell no stars if there was an option. I?ve been to this Taco Bell for years and it has gotten to be the... worst one I have ever been too. Staff is very very rude no matter what time of day you go. Food is always wrong or missing.Constantly having to go back and get it fixed (being as nice as possible) but they find a way to be as rude as possible. Neverwill go back and highly don?t recommend going to this one. There is two other ones about 15 minutes away. One in forest city ,the other one in shelby. Read more

Closing at 7 on a weekend serving the car in front of me and then saying oh sorry we are closed is no way to run a business. New... management seems like more of the old. Read more

*UPDATE* I went back during the day and was able to talk to the general manager of this location. He was very polite and... respectful. He listened to what happened and thanked me for letting him know. He gave me the number for the lady who is over himand his store and invited me to come back and see their improvements. He informed me that this store is under new management andthey are trying to change the way the community sees their restaurant. Wish I could give 0 stars. A restaurant is only goodwhen they are open. You can't make any money if you are not open. If you need to close early every night, change your hours orat the least put a sign on the doors and drive thru window. This is the second night in a row I got to this taco bell before 9pmand the employees stated they were closed. The sign on the window says 10-10 the sign on the door says 10-10. There are nohandwritten signs anywhere on any of the windows or doors that state this store will be closing early. The manager on duty saidthat they were closing early because one of his employees have a family emergency. Afterwards the lady says it is because theyhave only had 3 people all night. One of the employees stood outside talking to someone, saying something about these whitepeople are crazy. I stayed until I could get the number of whoever is supposed to run that store, and emailed the company. Atwhich time the employees called the police on me for sitting in the drive thru and making others think they were open. Very rudeemployees. Wouldn't be surprised if the number the manager gave was fake. Read more

Directly across from the entrance/exit to the Gardner Webb athletic fields. She was a little hard to hear over their intercom... system but the orders were taco fresh and chicken quick. We would eat there again. Read more

Very rude drive through employees, I was extra nice and still nothing in return but attitude. Kids these days know nothing... about manners or being polite . Very seldom go to this location( 3 times in the past 2 years). Businesses are so desperate forhelp that they will let anyone work even it it drives customers away. Poor management and training in my opinion. Read more

Food is ok, but the drive thru has too many rules and regulations for customers like the employees are the Law and on some kind... of power trip or something. They always have some kind of sign on the speaker and or the window saying you need to do this or youcan't do that! I go there to get a meal, not to be lectured at every time I go!They need to remember They work for us,thecustomers,we don't work for them! Read more

Surprised they have a manager in the kitchen and they still are terrible. The quality was terrible and the lady who took my... order wouldnt stop interrupting me to ask me unnecessary questions. I wouldnt come back to this taco bell even if my food wasfree. I didnt take a pic of the inside of one of my mini quesedillas but it had little to almost no meat or cheese. And thenthere was also tomato in my mini quesedilla Read more
