I love applebees always have. When me and my wife went we knew what we wanted and made it easy on the waitress. we got our meals... fast and they were nice and hot. The appetizer was good. My.only gripe is that it seemed like because the restaurant was deadthe waiters and waitresses didn't seem interested in their job. Read more

The hostess and the waiter were very nice but I can't say the same about the bartender.. the hostess did seat us but came back... let us know that there was a 20 minute wait which we were okay with and just asked if we could have a drink but when she went toput in for a glass of wine for my mother the bartender kinda snapped back at her like she couldn't put it in herself especiallyconsidering we're sitting in the bar area at the high tables. Then when the waiter came over to make sure the drinks were rightthe bartender snapped at him to about checking IDs.. and yes I do get it I have worked in retail for many years but the way thatshe came off to the both of them was very uncalled for especially with as many people that are in here. Personally if she islike that towards her fellow employees I wouldn't want to sit at the bar with her here.. over all though the service from thehostess and waiter were great but I just didn't like the way she "disrespected" them. It's like walking into a dark room when you enter. Our greeter seemed preoccupied. The food lacked any flavor. The macoroni was... bland. The fish and chips over cooked. Hardly any flavor to the chicken. Used to love visiting this place but I won't be back.Very disappointed. Read more

Service was slow even though restaurant wasnt crowded. Server reeked of cigarette smoke after I waiting for refill. Seems like I... was waiting while he had a smoke break. Literally the BEST night staff here!!!! I usually don?t even like Applebees, but this restaurant does it right. Their burgers... are juicy, their cake is moist, and their staff are so incredibly accommodating and helpful!! We will be dining hereagain! Last night we made the (wrong) choice to go for a late dinner at 8pm. It was already a little past my toddlers bed timebut he normally is completely chill when we go out so we thought ?let?s just get some food and then we?ll let him sleep in inthe morning to make up for it?. He did great until the very end and right as I asked for the check he LOST IT. He?s never everscreamed in a restaurant before, even when we go late so I didn?t know what to do. My husband ended up having to carry him outto the car while I paid and I was just MORTIFIED. I actually started crying after they left while I was waiting for my card backand literally three different employees told me that it was okay and that it happens all the time and not to be embarrassed likethey were literally so sweet and so kind!! Made an online curbside pickup. They stated my order was ready. Got there order wasn't ready. Fell asleep before getting my... food. The worker was standing outside my car saying ma'ma ma'ma I so sorry we had some graduated that got us behind. I said it'sokay until I git home and bit into my burger and it was pink...but I order no pink and it made sick on my stomach biting intosee that my burger was pink inside. K had to put the burger in the microwave to cook it more.. if I was so tired from waitingI would have taken it back. I am a huge fan of Applebees. This one is definitely not the worst but also far from the best. Will probably go to another... location next time. My experiences here have always been hit or miss. I think my most recent visit gave a good idea of thisplace overall. We were greeted by a friendly server who sat us at a booth to be waited on by the bartender. The bartenderseemed very kind and made a fantastic drink for us. Then she took our order and kind of disappeared. Another guy brought us ourfood. The food was good overall when compared to other Applebees around the area. Their burger was amazing. We never receivednapkins. I had to go to the bar so we had to use drink napkins. The portion of fries was so small that the guy who brought usour food said that there was more on the way, but that never showed up. Our server/bartender never checked on us or the tablebeside us; so of course we did not get refills. She only showed up when it was time to pay and told us we had to pay on thekiosk thing at the table. That didn't work so she just took it to the bar and ran it. Read more
